Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and protect WristKeep:

• Account information: your email address and authentication information used to create and secure your account.
• Collection information: watch details, watch boxes, images, notes, roles, scores, preferences, and other information you choose to add.
• Wear information: wear entries, dates, timestamps, current-wear status, and related history.
• Technical information: limited device, browser, IP address, request, and diagnostic information processed as necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Support information: your email address and anything you include when contacting support.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; store, display, organize, and synchronize your collection; calculate and present personal collection insights; provide support; maintain security; prevent misuse; troubleshoot problems; and improve the reliability of WristKeep.

WristKeep does not use your collection to build an advertising profile or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Images and collection content

Your watch images and collection content remain private to your account. We process them only as needed to store, display, synchronize, back up, and support the features you request. WristKeep does not publish or sell your collection information.

Service providers

WristKeep uses Supabase for account authentication, database, storage, and synchronization services, and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and related infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, WristKeep, or the public.

No advertising, sale, or tracking

WristKeep does not sell personal information, display third-party advertising, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. Essential authentication and local-storage technologies may be used to keep you signed in, remember app state, and provide requested functionality.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and collection information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide WristKeep, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

You may initiate deletion through the account-deletion control inside WristKeep. You may also contact support@wristkeep.com for assistance. Completing deletion removes your account and associated personal collection data from active systems. Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups or security logs until they are overwritten, unless longer retention is legally required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update much of your information inside WristKeep. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing us. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will verify requests and respond as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

Children’s privacy

WristKeep is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

International processing

WristKeep is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal protections.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when WristKeep or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when legally required.
